### Who counts as a Creator?

Creators in Rally are an assigned role which allows the person to create and manage existing content in your workspace. Teammates do not need a Creator license to view content, unless they want to make their versions.

### Do you have a free version?

Yes. It comes with some limitations, but is a good start for solo creators looking to get started. Once your trial expires, you'll be automatically put into the free plan.

### Do you have a plan for individuals?

If you're a solo creator looking to get started, get in touch via support@rally.space or live chat with your use case and we'll see what we can do.

### What happens when the trial ends?

If you are not ready to subscribe after your trial, your workspace will automatically downgrade to a free plan for evaluation. No data is lost, but there are some additional limitations. When on the free plan, stories can be up to 6 minutes and a limit of 10 stories can be active at a time. Stories expire after 30 days with no updates.

### What happens if I need more time to evaluate?

The free plan is a useful place to continue evaluation after the trial is over, at a smaller scale. If you need additional help, reach out via support@rally.space or live chat for more.

### What are viewers?

Viewers are teammates who can watch content within your workspace, and do not count towards billable users. There is no limit to the number of viewers you can invite to your account. If you want to share specific content with customers or other external parties, you can create a shareable link instead of inviting them to your entire workspace. You do not need a license to view content.

### Who in my company should use Rally?

People responsible for product marketing and presale support (sales enablement, sales engineers) are a good start. From there, you can expand to include folks who talk directly to customers like Customer Success or Sales.

### Can I use recordings I already have?

Yes, you can upload existing clips or record new ones.
